At StillFitness, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital products and personalised services designed to support your fitness journey.
Digital Products
All digital products, including training programmes, guides, planners, trackers, and downloadable PDFs, are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.
Personalised Plans
Personalised fitness plans are created specifically for you based on the information you provide. Once work has begun on a personalised plan, refunds are not available. If you believe there has been an error or issue with your personalised plan, please contact us and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
Fitness Consultations
Refunds for fitness consultations are available only if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
