At StillFitness, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and personalised fitness services designed to support your fitness journey. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains your rights, our obligations, and how refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through the StillFitness website.

Digital Products

All digital products sold by StillFitness, including training programmes, guides, planners, trackers, and downloadable PDF materials, are provided as digital content with immediate access upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery of digital content begins immediately.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, digital items are non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, or accessed. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allow the loss of the statutory right to cancel once digital content delivery has begun with the consumer’s consent.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or fails to function as advertised. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund where required by law.

Training Programme Satisfaction Guarantee

For selected training programmes, such as our Beginner’s Strength Training Blueprint, StillFitness offers a voluntary 100% money-back guarantee. This applies only if you strictly follow the programme as provided for its full duration (for example, 8 weeks).

“Strictly followed” means completing the prescribed workouts and guidance without significant deviation, skipping weeks, or combining the programme with other training plans. If, after completing the full programme, you do not see meaningful progress or are not satisfied with the results, you may contact us to request a review of your case.

Before issuing a refund, we may offer to work with you at no additional cost to adjust the programme or provide further support. If you remain unsatisfied after this process, a full refund of the programme purchase price may be issued at our discretion. This guarantee is offered in good faith and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Premium Services

StillFitness offers premium services, including fitness consultations and personalised fitness plans. These services involve time-based and customised work and are therefore subject to specific refund conditions.

A 10-day refund window applies from the date of purchase, provided that work has not yet begun on a personalised fitness plan and the consultation has not yet taken place. Once preparation, planning, or delivery of a personalised service has started, or once a consultation has been completed, refunds are no longer available, as the service will be considered partially or fully performed.

By purchasing a personalised service, you acknowledge that the value of the service is tied to the time, expertise, and preparation involved, and that once work has commenced, the service cannot be reversed or resold.

Fitness Consultations Cancellations

If you book a fitness consultation, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to remain eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, late cancellations, or failure to attend a booked consultation will be treated as a missed appointment and are non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage availability and preparation time effectively.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where applicable, you retain your legal rights in relation to faulty digital content, services not provided with reasonable care and skill, or services that do not match their description.

If a refund is legally required, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable regulations.
